Cheonan City Tour Introduction

• The Cheonan City Tour is a tour cycle that lets tourists make better use of their time and more comfortably see the various different tourist sites, historical sites, and cultural assets that Cheonan has to offer. It is run directly in Cheonan.
• Travelers can join multiple different courses, including a regular course that takes travelers to places such as the Independence Memorial Hall and the Memorial hall of Patriotic Martyr Yu Gwan-sun, a course that connects Cheonan and Asan, allowing tourists to see tourist sites in both Cheonan and Asan in one go, and a course run on various different themes (temporary) such as the Heungtaryeong Dance Festival, cheese experience, Kyoho grape picking, chestnut gathering, and more. The choices of participants have been broadened, allowing each and every member to have a Cheonan trip that is pleasurable to all 5 senses.

Cheonan City Tour Guide

• Period: 2024.3 ~ 2024.11 (9 months)
• Days: 4 days per week (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun)
• Time: 10:00 departure, 16:30~17:00 arrival
• Departure location

  Cheonan Terminal: In front of the City Tour Station at the bottom floor of Cheonan Express Bus Terminal (In front of Bonjuk)

  Cheonan Station : City tour platform at Dongbu Square (Exit 1) of Cheonan Station

• Ticketing area: Cheonan Station Tourist Information Center (Dongbu Square, Cheonan Station / Exit 1)
• Target: Cheonan citizens + Korean/foreign tourists that have come to Cheonan
• Operator: Dept. of Culture & Tourism of the City of Cheonan
• Service guide: After purchasing a ticket on the day of the tour at the Tourism Information Office in Cheonan Station (Cheonan Terminal passengers can purchase tickets from Cheonan Station Tourism Information Office after boarding), guests will board and take their tour. After the tour is done, the tour will return to Cheonan Station. There may be small changes to the course schedule and time based on certaim circumstances. If it is difficult to operate the tour due to poor weather conditions, it will either be canceled or the course will be changed.

• Notes and Precautions

  Group bookings may not be made for children or elementary, middle, or high school students

  Usage fees may only be payed in cash on the day of the tour at the ticket office (credit cards may not be used).

  The tour will not be run if less than 10 people have made reservations.

  The above City Tour operation schedule may be subject to future changes.

Fee

• A 50% discount is given to groups of more than 20 people. People with disabilities and persons of national merit will be exempted from the tour fees after they present the necessary certifications/ID cards.
